What is KNOCKOUT's Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has been dispatched, as long as the cancel option is available on the Website or M-site. This includes items purchased on sale as well. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode used to make the purchase.
How do I cancel the order I have placed?
The order can be canceled till it has been dispatched.
Tap on the “Order History” section under the main menu of your Website/M-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order, you can refuse it at the time of delivery, and the refund will be processed to the source account if the order amount was paid online.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, currently you cannot change your shipping address after placing your order.
I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you selected Cash on Delivery as your mode of payment, there is no amount to be refunded, as no payment would have been initiated. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, you will receive a refund in your source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
